Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Haya Aesthetics & Academy, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our cancelation and refund policies before booking an appointment.

  1. Cancelation Policy

    • Consultation Appointments:

      • Appointments can be canceled 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

        Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a [percentage or fixed amount] cancellation fee.

        Failure to attend the appointment without prior notice will result in the full consultation fee being charged.

        Treatment Appointments:

      • Cancelations for treatment appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

        Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will incur a [percentage or fixed amount] cancellation fee.

  2. Cancelation Policy

    • Consultations:

      • Fees for completed consultations are non-refundable.

        Refunds for canceled consultations will be processed only if the cancellation adheres to the above policies.

        Treatment Packages:

      • Refunds for prepaid treatment packages will only be provided if the cancellation is made before the first treatment session.

        Partial refunds for unused sessions may be considered case-by-case, minus any cancellation fees.

        Products:

      • Products purchased at the clinic or online are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  3. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

        Refund requests can be submitted by emailing us at care@hayaaesthetics.com with the following details:

        • Full Name

        • Appointment Date and Time

        • Reason for Cancellation

  4. Processing of Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.

      Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

  5. Exceptions

  • ​In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or emergencies), exceptions to the cancelation policy may be considered at the discretion of the clinic management.
