• Disclose all medical conditions prior to treatment. We are not liable for withheld information.

Training Programs

• Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Certificates are awarded upon successful course completion & only upon case study.

Pricing and Payment

• Fixed pricing policy; no refunds for services or training.

• Full payment is required before starting any service or course.

• Every pricing is subject to GST, every card payment is subject to card service charges.

Booking and Cancellations

• Appointments must be canceled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit deposits.

Privacy

• Your personal information is confidential and used only for service purposes.

Photography

• We may use treatment or training photos for promotion with your consent.

Liability

• You assume all risks associated with treatments or training.
